My Story

Trusted Counselling Professional

I have been working as a BACP Counselling Professional for many years. I completed my training in 2016. I decided to train to become a counsellor as I have experienced many different life-changing experiences in my life, and enjoy helping others. I specialize in helping people identify and heal their inner demons which have been created by their experiences, that are causing them distress, anxiety, and depression. This can often show within relationship problems, with yourself and others, lack of motivation, and not being authentic. I take great pride in the growth and ability of my clients and look forward to helping you. I offer zoom, telephone or face to face sessions in your home, in or around Sittingbourne, and Faversham in Kent. The Help Centre

Can I book an initial assessment?

Yes you can book an initial assessment to see how we can work together for a reduced fee of £40 per 50 minutes.

What is counselling?

Counselling allows you to talk openly with a trained professional without the fear of hurting anyone close to you. You can gain insight into yourself, and how you relate with others, and learn how to cope with past experiences or traumas.

What are your fees?

I offer an initial free 10 minute chat (pre-arranged) to discuss any questions you may have, (optional).
An initial assessment is charged at £40 per 50 minute session.
Sessions are charged at £50 per 50 minute session.
All sessions are payable 48 hours in advance of the booked session by bank transfer. My cancellation policy is 48 hours.

Is there a set amount of sessions?

No. As I am a private practice counsellor there is not a maximum amount of sessions. You can have as little or as many sessions as you require although for a therapeutic change, a minimum of 6 sessions is advised. A review every 6 sessions can be beneficial and an ending session especially for long-term clients is important to maintain mutual respect for the work that has been achieved. It can create a good relationship ending, which may not have happened in your life.
